Overhead Stage Rack Solutions Terms and ConditionsTerms:

By paying the due balance on invoices provided, the Client hereby acknowledges that all requested service items for this date and/or any other dates listed above in the description section of the table, have been performed or will be and have been tested showing successful satisfactory install/repair, unless otherwise stated on the invoice, in which labor service charges still apply if any repairs have been made. By accepting this invoice, the Client agrees to pay in full the amount listed in the Total section of the invoice.

Notes: A deposit is needed to secure your order . Once the deposit clears your order will be processed and shipped directly to your home.  

Once item is received contact us, and we will schedule an install date. Remaining Balance is due on completion of installation.

When Can I Expect to Receive My Order? Your Rack orders are usually delivered in 4 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Truck freight orders are usually delivered in 7-12 business days. All truck freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number. Please be aware that weekends are not considered business days.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are usually available and emailed within  to 4 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer).

Shipping Information.

All orders are shipped "no signature required" for your convenience, however we recommend that you are available to sign for the package.

We are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence.

Will My Entire Order Be Shipped Together?

Please understand that your order may arrive on two or more different days because we could ship it from multiple warehouses.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We don't accept order cancellations because we often package products within an hour of ordering which is why we don't have the ability to cancel orders.

Can I Change My Order?

We don't have the ability to accept order changes. If you need additional parts you must submit a new separate order.

Can my racks be installed by someone else?

Once you place an order for our racks, it constitutes an agreement for us to complete the installation. Please note that it is not permissible to opt out of the installation, as the agreement will still reflect an outstanding balance due. Additionally, if you choose to have another installation performed by a different provider, it will void our lifetime warranty. In such cases, the balance on your account must be paid in full.
